Prof. ZHOU Huaiyang Selected 2013 Shanghai Top Talent Team
News from Personnel Department of Tongji University came that Prof. Zhou Huaiyang from the School of Ocean and Earth Science was recently selected as member of the 2013 Shanghai Top Talent Team and will receive full support from the Shanghai Municipal Government. This year’s Top Talent Team consists of 124 experts from various walks of life, including 20 from Tongji. Initiated from 2005 by the municipal government, the Shanghai Top Talent Team project aims at building a leading team of experts with innovative ideas to cater for the city’s needs for its economic and social development and for building into a creative city.
